HYDRAULICALLY DRIVEN HIGH SPEED REAMING SYSTEM

The TD PILOT™ provides high-speed reaming to assist in landing completion liners at target depth. The TD PILOT™ uses its unique turbine design to deliver power to the reamer without the need to rotate at surface.

With a cost-effective design, the TD PILOT™ combines high RPM and torque with low circulating pressures. The design of the tool has removed the risk of reactive torque and pressure spikes causing damage or premature setting of associated completions and equipment.

Eliminating wiper trips, reducing open hole exposure and removing obstructions whilst running in hole all add up to increase your chance of reaching total depth, and in turn, maximizing your return on investment.

The TURBORUNNER makes reaching target depth easier and quicker, and provides that extra insurance needed when running those complicated completions across long horizontals over multiple well zones.

TURBINE POWERED COMPLETION RUNNING SYSTEM

The TURBORUNNER™ provides high-speed reaming to land completion liners at target depth. The TURBORUNNER™ provides reaming while running in hole without the need to rotate the liner or completion.

The unique design combines turbine powered reaming with lower circulating pressures. The completion is protected from vibrations, reactive torque and pressure spikes that could prematurely set the liner hanger or packers.

The TURBORUNNER™ can help eliminate wiper trips which will also allow the completion to be run sooner, whilst the well is in better condition.

TURBOCASER™

SMART, SIMPLE, PATENTED DRILLABLE TURBINE TECHNOLOGY

The TURBOCASER™ makes reaching target depth easier and quicker, and provides that extra insurance needed when running Casings and Liners across long horizontals, shale and other problematic zones.

TURBINE POWERED –  LINER RUNNING SYSTEM

The TURBOCASER™ is a pass through turbine-powered reaming system that enables casings and intermediate liners to be landed at target depth. The TURBOCASER™ provides high speed rotation of a reamer shoe, independent of casing string rotation.

The TURBOCASER’s™ unique patented burst disc design ensures that premature setting of pressure sensitive equipment downhole is avoided as pressure drops whilst reaming, unlike conventional PDM’s.

The casing is cemented in the normal manner. The TURBOCASER™ is designed for very rapid drill out. Drill out time of the TURBOCASER™ is under 15 minutes using a PDC drill bit and a dedicated drill out trip is not required.

DRILL PIPE SWIVEL

SMART, SIMPLE, LOCKABLE SWIVEL TECHNOLOGY

The Deep Casing Tools Drill Pipe Swivel is a drill-string deployed swivel that allows drill pipe above the liner hanger or packer tools to be rotated independently of the string below it.

LOCKABLE SWIVEL – SELECTIVE ROTATION DEVICE

The Drill Pipe Swivel is a drill-string deployed swivel tool that allows drill pipe above the tool to be rotated independently of the string below it, usually a liner string. The ability to rotate the drill pipe above the liner in an ERD well reduces drag, redistributes friction and mitigates helical buckling of the work-string.

The result of rotating the drill string above the liner is increased weight available at the tool to push the liner string, often sand control screens, into the well to TD.
