POWER THREAD WASHING
Proper preparation is an important step in ensuring that a casing string will perform to its maximum life expectancy. By reducing the amount of corrosion caused by a variety of different chemicals and processes that threaten wellbore integrity once completed.
Corrosive compounds and chemical reactions attack any impurities within the connection, this includes debris that is not removed before the make-up and thread damage caused when the connection is made-up without the proper care. This damage and debris can cause chemical reactions that affect the integrity of the steel and make the steel brittle and prone to cracking. Thread cleaning is available to our operators to ensure that their connections have the best possible chance to last the life of the well
LASER TALLY
The Digi-Tally Laser Pipe Tally System creates accurate tally length and reports the data digitally in Excel for accuracy and ease of use. The system is able to work in a variety of different temperatures and weather conditions without issues.
INSPECTION SERVICES
Inspection Services ensure that proper manufacturer running procedures are followed. By using our past experiences we adapt and improve running efficiency based on field conditions. Our technicians ensure that connection integrity is based on proper inspection, lubrication and proper handling prior to make-up. Our inspectors carry out ongoing training to maintain manufacturer guidelines and review all running procedures/pipe specifications prior to running each connection. This allows the highest standard of tubular connection to enter the wellbore.
